Based on research led inquiry and experimentation, develop a name, concept and visual language to create a short looping animation appropriate to promote a contemporary dance event.
For this project, we had to choose one out of three dance styles given to us, I chose House Dance as the inspiration for this project but I first had to look at what motion design is as I have not done anything before like this before, and I have only used the platform, After Effects once. But once understanding that the purpose was to highlight the feeling that House Dance can invoke, as well as what does the dance form mean to others.
